We would like to thank you very much for taking us through this distressing time all the way – our calls and emails had already given us the reassurance that A’s Ceremony would be in very good hands. The service was lovely. You carefully drew together strands of A’s life. We know how much work this will have taken. The touching reflective service was the result of you bringing all your skills, experience and understanding to the task. We greatly appreciated how you listened to all and made sure that we were in agreement with the form and content at all stages. The careful crafting and delivery allowed us, her friends and carers to remember A as she really was, and remember how she had touched all our own lives.  

Thank you for everything yesterday - it was just perfect and wonderful.
